At K-Glow Heaven, we are committed to providing our customers with authentic and high-quality skincare and fragrances. Every order is carefully checked and packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you safely and in excellent condition.

We want you to shop with confidence. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and unopened.
• The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
• All original seals, boxes, tags, and accessories must be intact.
• The product must not show any signs of use, damage, alteration, or tampering.
• You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

2. Skincare & Beauty Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and beauty products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Products that have been opened, tested, applied, or have had their original seal removed cannot be returned.

If you receive a skincare product that is damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

3. Perfumes & Fragrances

Perfumes are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery, provided they are completely unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

Once a perfume has been opened or sprayed, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

Please note that personal fragrance preferences, scent expectations, or not liking the fragrance after opening it do not qualify for a return.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, leaking, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Clear photos of the packaging
• A video showing the issue, if required

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

5. Change of Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery, provided the product is:

• Unused
• Unopened
• In its original packaging
• Sealed and in resalable condition

Once a product has been opened, used, sprayed, tested, or its seal has been removed, it will not be eligible for return.

6. Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, defective, or faulty product received from K-Glow Heaven, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

7. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method, where applicable.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used perfumes
• Sprayed fragrances
• Opened or used skincare products
• Products with broken or removed seals
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Products without their original packaging
• Final-sale items
• Gift cards, where applicable

9. How to Request a Return

Please do not send any product back before receiving return instructions from our team.

10. Important Note

K-Glow Heaven reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

We recommend checking your order immediately after delivery and contacting us promptly if you notice any issue.
